When approval is needed

Sensitive actions like sending email, posting messages or changing bank details, when the chat has read outside content. Deletes, when a toolset allows them.

In the chat or in the browser

Clients that support it show the request in the chat. Others send you to a Toolrails page to approve, then the agent retries.
